Dr. Sharma selected the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine to pursue his doctorate, opting for one of the most coveted accelerated international student programs renowned for its demanding curriculum and cutting-edge advancements in oral health, research, and patient care. His academic prowess and outstanding clinical achievements were acknowledged with OKU honors by the National Dental Honor Society.

After completing his higher education, Dr. Sharma established a dental implant and cosmetic practice, delivering the highest standard of care to his patients until 2013. Currently, he practices comprehensive general dentistry, encompassing procedures such as full-mouth veneers, root canals, Invisalign, and dental implants. His passion for the surgical aspects of dentistry has been a constant since his time as a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology, and he remains committed to staying abreast of the latest developments in his field through continuous education programs.

Dr. Sharma considers his family to be his greatest achievement in life. Blessed with a beautiful 17-year-old daughter and a handsome 14-year-old son, the Sharma family is an avid outdoor enthusiast. Along with being a certified scuba diver, Dr. Sharma enjoys outdoor and sports activities. Dr. Sharma is also a sports enthusiast, with a special affinity for the Denver Broncos. Notably, he shares his life with a charming Labradoodle named “Purple.”

With nearly 23 years of diverse experience in various dental settings, Dr. Sharma brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine love for dentistry to the Charlotte community.
